Chef Lawrence Klang of Natalie’s is Named a Finalist in the Statewide “Maine Lobster Chef of the Year” Competition
![]() Chef Lawrence Klang Natalie’s at the Camden Harbour Inn, Maine, announced that Chef Lawrence Klang, the Chef de Cuisine at Natalie’s, has been selected as one of only five finalists for most original lobster recipe in the “Maine Lobster Chef of the Year 2008” contest sponsored by the Maine Lobster Council. A cook-off among finalists is scheduled for July 22, at the Blaine House, in Augusta, with the winner earning the title of Maine Lobster Chef of the Year, and receiving an expense-paid trip to the prestigious national Great American Seafood Cook-off taking place on Aug. 2-3rd in New Orleans. “We are delighted to acknowledge Chef Klang’s latest achievement, one of many since he joined us to lead the culinary team at Natalie’s less than two months ago,” said Raymond Brunyanszki, co-owner of the inn and Natalie’s.
