Chef’s Market Chef Bryant Alden worked as executive chef at some of the Valley’s best restaurants before opening his own “gourmet to go” market with his wife, Patti. Among other awards and honors, he was chosen “Chef of the Year” in 2004 by the American Culinary Federation’s White Mountain Chapter. He creates regional cuisine and blends traditional New England fare with international influences.
