| Marty Basch is an award-winning writer who covers the outdoors, travel, sports and food. He is the author of six books, including The White Mountain Ride Guide, second edition due for spring 2007 publication. He lives on a dirt road in New Hampshire's White Mountains. His other books are: Against the Wind, Above the Circle, Twenty-nine Hills, Winter Trails Maine and Winter Trails Vermont and New Hampshire. Basch, an avid bicyclist, also enjoys performing stand-up comedy. He gives presentations about his bicycle travels too. |
