Jackson Village, Respite in Any Season
The village of Jackson, NH is recognized as one of the top cross country ski destinations in the country.  Over 154 kilometers of trails that wind throughout the village and into the White Mountain National Forest await skiers at the Jackson Ski Touring Foundation.     Jackson Village is also known for its unique country inns, grand hotels, charming bed and breakfasts and fine restaurants.  Add in the state’s only nationally- and internationally-sanctioned Snow Sculpting Competition, horse drawn sleigh rides, ice skating under the stars, snowmobiling and nearby Alpine ski resorts, and you’ve got all the ingredients for an unforgettable winter getaway.
Summertime in Jackson is equally active, offering hiking and mountain-biking, golfing on the historic golf courses and lollygagging in the nationally–protected Wildcat River.  Outdoor concerts, cultural events and award-winning restaurants round out the options.
Spring and fall bring imaginative festivals and celebrations like the Wildquack River Festival in May and the Return of the Pumpkin People in October.
Take time to travel over the red painted antique covered bridge and enter the slower-paced, more balanced world of Jackson Village.
