Falls Brook Organic Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm located on the old Sterling and
Harding homesteads in Lyme, CT.  Our farm is on land that was originally settled in the late
1600's and farmed continuously into the 1930's. We now grow vegetables, herbs and flowers,
including many heirloom and unusual varieties chosen for their superior flavor and keeping
qualities.
    We are a small farm with just an acre in production this year. But our approach is intensive, which
means we produce a surprising quantity and variety of good food.  We sell primarily direct to
people who visit our farm stand and we also supply a number of great restaurants in this area.
    Visitors are always welcome and we encourage everyone who comes to our farm stand to take the
opportunity to tour the greenhouses and fields, or to sit by the pond.  Vegetables and herbs are
harvested daily, and we will also pick to order.
